Capabilities
- New Hydraulic Power Unit
- EE Inc. will design a new power unit to operate the press to your
requirements, composed of not only current technology components but will
meet and exceed OSHA and ANSI B11.2-1995 specs for press safety.

- New Electrical PLC Panel
- EE Inc. will design and supply a state of the art controls package using
the most current technology available to the market using top name vendors
such as Allen Bradley and Hoffman.

- Cylinder Rebuilding
- Existing cylinders can be removed from the press frame and sent to our
cylinder remanufacturing facility where they will be disassembled,
dimensions will be logged and archived, machining will be completed (if
necessary), new bronze bushings and seals will be installed (if necessary),
they will be reassembled and pressure tested. If the need arises, the
cylinders can be primed and painted to your requested paint spec.

- Press Frame Mechanical Reworking
- If any work needs to be completed to the frame, bearings, slide or
bolster, EE Inc. will enlist the help of experts in their respective fields
to complete any such work under our direct supervision.
