Tubular hydroforming is becoming an industry standard when it comes to suspension and frame components in automotive circles due to decreased weight, decreased production steps and increased rigidity.  We have studied the hydroforming process and the available technology and found a need that was common among all companies; faster production times = increased profit.  We give you our patented multi-piston intensifier, making all single shot intensifiers obsolete.  The multi-piston intensifier will cycle up to pressure and back to zero in less than 1/2 half the time of a single shot thus reducing cycle times by half.
